Questions about price
Why is the state fee shown separately from the service?
The state fee goes to the budget and is not refunded even if the authority refuses. The agency service is submission, collection and delivery. We show both sums separately so that it is clear what you pay us and what the state takes.
What does the end-to-end price include?
The steps ticked in the route: the notarised copy, the translation, submission and collection at the authority, and the consulate where legalisation applies. Courier and state fees are separate lines. A manager confirms the final sum once they have seen the document.
Can I pay for only some of the steps?
Yes. Every paid step in the route has a tick box: clear it if you will do that step yourself and the sum is recalculated. A translation by a sworn translator abroad, for instance, we do not sell at all.
