- A notarised translation into Arabic bound to a notarised copy
- First the Russian Ministry of Justice, then the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Russia and Egypt have a treaty on legal assistance of 23 September 1997 (in force since 30 October 2002) under which legalisation is formally not required; in practice, however, Egyptian authorities accept only documents with consular legalisation.
