Consular fee	RUB 1,000 sources give different figures for the consular fee for a personal document: the embassy's official charge is 5 Jordanian dinars, while in practice about USD 11.25–12 is charged (about RUB 1,000–1,030 at a rate of about RUB 85.5 to the dollar as at the date of the check); for commercial documents it is about RUB 4,000. Check the current amount with the consulate

A notarised translation into English or Arabic (depending on the requirements of the receiving institution) bound to a notarised copy
First the Russian Ministry of Justice, then the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The consulate also certifies certificates of no existing marriage issued by Belarusian civil registry offices
