Consulate requirements
- A notarised translation into Arabic bound to a notarised copy
- First the Russian Ministry of Justice, then the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Diplomas are legalised only together with the transcript — the fee is charged as for two documents
