| Consular fee | RUB 7,500 the UAE Embassy consular fee for legalising a personal document is approximately RUB 7,500 according to translation agencies as at the date of the check; a BLS International service fee of AED 129 (about RUB 3,000 at the exchange rate as at the date of the check) is payable separately; for commercial documents the embassy fee is approximately RUB 55,000. Consulate requirements
- A notarised translation into Arabic or English bound to a notarised copy
- First legalisation at the Russian Ministry of Justice, then at the Consular Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Documents are submitted through the BLS International visa centre rather than directly to the consular section
- The BLS International service fee and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs fee are paid online
Since 2023–2024 documents for consular legalisation for the UAE have been accepted in Moscow only through the BLS International visa centre, not directly at the embassy.
