Egypt: consular legalisation is required
A chain of three authorities: the Ministry of Justice, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the destination country’s consulate. The treaty on legal assistance of 23 September 1997 between Russia and Egypt (in force since 30 October 2002) applies, so no legalisation is required for documents covered by the treaty.
