Apostille
Estonia: an apostille is required
One apostille stamp obtained in Russia is enough. No consulate is involved. The treaty on legal assistance with Estonia has been denounced: the Riigikogu decided in March 2024 and the treaty ceased to be in force on 18 March 2025, so an apostille is now required.
