A company's articles of association together with an extract from the state register; the apostille goes on a notarised copy, not on the original.
The apostille is affixed by the territorial body of the Ministry of Justice in the region where the notary who certified the copy works, so in practice the applicant chooses the region.
For an extract from the register the Ministry of Justice sends an enquiry to the tax service to confirm the signature, which can add 30 to 45 calendar days to the standard five working days.
