Czechia: an apostille is required
One apostille stamp obtained in Russia is enough. No consulate is involved. The 1982 treaty (succeeded to from Czechoslovakia) formally removes the need for legalisation, but Czech universities (nostrification) and authorities almost always require an apostille.
