Thailand: consular legalisation is required
A chain of three authorities: the Ministry of Justice, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the destination country’s consulate. Thailand acceded to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, but it enters into force there only on 28 February 2027: until that date full consular legalisation is required.
