Check the articles of association before you apply
The stamp is only affixed to an original of the established form and in good condition. A laminated document, a Soviet-era form or one with corrections will not be apostilled: you need a duplicate first.
- 2
Have a notarised copy made
The notary certifies that the copy is a true copy. The apostille is then affixed by the Ministry of Justice to the notary's signature, so the original stays with you.
- 3
Have the notary's signature certified by the Ministry of Justice

Have the translation certified by the consulate of Thailand
Only the country’s own consulate accepts the translation into its language: it either translates the document itself or certifies a translation you bring. A Russian notary’s certification is not enough for that, so the translation comes after the other steps. Ask the consulate about the procedure, the time it takes and the fee.
This step is carried out in the destination country. We neither sell it nor charge for it.
From 28 February 2027 an apostille will suffice
Thailand is acceding to the Hague Convention. Until that date consular legalisation applies; after it an apostille will suffice. If you are submitting later, wait for the date and save the cost of the consulate.

A CDEK courier collects the document anywhere in Russia and returns it with the apostille or legalisation. You pay step by step once a manager has confirmed the scope and the price.
