Vietnam: no legalisation needed

The document is accepted as it is. Neither an apostille nor legalisation is required. Viet Nam is also a party to the Hague Apostille Convention — it has been in force there since 11 September 2026 (accession 31 December 2025) — but the bilateral treaty continues to apply in relations with Russia, so no apostille is required on Russian documents.
