Recognition of foreign qualifications
Recognition in Russia of a qualification obtained abroad — the reverse direction from apostilling a Russian diploma for use abroad.
The decision is taken by Rosobrnadzor, with applications handled by the National Information Centre: a panel compares the programme, its length and the awarded qualification with Russian requirements.
This is the opposite procedure to the one this site is about. If you are taking a Russian diploma abroad, you need an apostille; if you are bringing a foreign diploma into Russia, you need recognition.
