Parental consent for a child's travel
A notarial document by which a parent consents to a child travelling abroad; the apostille is affixed by the territorial body of the Ministry of Justice.
The consent is drawn up by a notary on behalf of one or both parents, and the notary states in the text the period it covers and the countries for which it is given.
Whether an apostille is needed at all depends on the destination country and sometimes on its border service rather than its consulate: confirm before ordering.
