Sworn translator
A translator approved by a court or a competent authority of a particular country; their stamp is accepted by that country's institutions without further certification.
A sworn translator has passed a state examination or been approved by a court and holds a personal numbered stamp that the receiving institution can check in a national register. In Germany they are a vereidigter Übersetzer, in Spain a traductor jurado, in Italy a traduttore giurato, in Czechia a soudní tlumočník, in Poland a tłumacz przysięgły, in France a traducteur assermenté.
The usual order is to obtain the apostille on the original in Russia and to order the translation from a sworn translator in the destination country.
