Visa centre handling legalisation
A commercial intermediary to which some consulates have delegated the acceptance of documents for legalisation instead of receiving them in person.
Besides visa applications, a visa centre sometimes accepts documents for consular legalisation on behalf of a particular consulate that has chosen not to receive them directly. The UAE embassy in Moscow works this way.
The centre charges its own service fee on top of the consular fee, and its opening hours are not the consulate's: check both before travelling.
