Notary fees in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The regional part is approved each year by the regional notarial chamber, within the limits the Federal Notarial Chamber calculates under the formula set by the Ministry of Justice.

Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

maintenance agreement: алименты в денежном выражении – 7 750 руб.; алименты в форме передачи имущества – 12 800 руб.
will: 3 900 руб.
