Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

The chamber does not publish the details of its decision

This region's chamber publishes the tariff in force in the consolidated directory of the Federal Notarial Chamber, but the board's decision itself is not on its website, so we have neither the year it was approved nor the period it runs for. The amounts were checked against that directory on 22 September 2026.

power of attorney: 2800 - за удостоверение доверенности на распоряжение имуществом, правами, приобретение имущества (за исключением доверенности на распоряжение вкладами) и на ведение дел в судах 1000 - за удостоверение доверенностей на получение мер социальной поддержки от имени граждан, жилые помещения которых утрачены в результате обстрелов со стороны вооруженных формирований Украины, на территории Курской области, а также граждан, проживающих в населенных пунктах, которые подверглись или подвергаются таким обстрелам, на территории Курской области 1800 - удостоверение прочих доверенностей и доверенностей на распоряжение вкладами
power of attorney by substitution: 3800 - за удостоверение доверенности в порядке передоверия; 4300 - за удостоверение доверенности от юридических лиц
accuracy of a translation: 1900 за каждую страницу
marriage contract: 12000 - если в договоре указывается до трех объектов имущества включительно; 16000 - если в договоре указывается от четырех до девяти объектов имущества включительно; 19000 - если в договоре указывается десять и более объектов имущества
