Notary fees in Kostroma Region

The regional part is approved each year by the regional notarial chamber, within the limits the Federal Notarial Chamber calculates under the formula set by the Ministry of Justice.

The chamber's wording

power of attorney: 2 300 руб. + 200 руб. за каждого поверенного начиная со второго, но не более 3 000 руб. На получение пенсий, пособий - 550 руб.
power of attorney by substitution: 3 200 руб. + 200 руб. за каждого поверенного начиная со второго, но не более 5 500 руб.
revocation of a power of attorney: 1 600 руб.
notarised copy: 140 руб. за каждую страницу
accuracy of a translation: 1 400 руб. за каждую страницу
translator's signature: 750 руб.
authenticity of a signature: 1 400 руб. 1 700 руб. - на банковских карточках, в том числе от ИП; 1700 руб. - на заявлениях о государственной регистрации юридического лица при создании, в случае, когда заявление в регистрирующий орган не представляется; 1700 руб. – на иных заявлениях, представляемых в регистрирующий орган при государственной регистрации юридических лиц
child travel consent: 1 500 руб. – от одного законного представителя 1 700 руб. – от двоих законных представителей
spouse's consent: 1 900 руб. + 200 руб. за каждый объект начиная со второго, но не более 3 300 руб.
marriage contract: 12 000 руб. + 1 500 руб. за каждый последующий объект начиная со второго, но не более 20 000 руб. При расчете количества объектов учитываются только объекты недвижимости, право участия в долевом строительстве, транспортные средства, доли в уставном капитале ООО
maintenance agreement: 7 500 руб.
