The regional part is approved each year by the regional notarial chamber, within the limits the Federal Notarial Chamber calculates under the formula set by the Ministry of Justice.

Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

  • power of attorney: 2 100 ₽ + 250 ₽ за каждого поверенного начиная со второго, но не более 3 350 ₽ (п. 41 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • power of attorney by substitution: 3 500 ₽ + 250 ₽ за каждого поверенного начиная со второго, но не более 6 250 ₽ (п. 42 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • revocation of a power of attorney: 1 500 ₽ (п. 39 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • notarised copy: 240 ₽ за страницу копии (выписки) (п. 5 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • accuracy of a translation: 1 400 ₽ за каждую страницу перевода (п. 10 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • translator's signature: 500 ₽ (п. 6 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • authenticity of a signature: 1 800 ₽ (пункты 7 и 8 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • child travel consent: От одного законного представителя – 1 400 ₽, от двоих законных представителей – 1 500 ₽ (п. 12 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • spouse's consent: 2 250 ₽ + 250 ₽ за каждый объект начиная со второго, но не более 3 750 ₽ (пункты 11, 50 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • marriage contract: 15 000 ₽ + 2 500 ₽ за каждый объект начиная со второго, но не более 22 500 ₽ (пункты 32, 33 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • maintenance agreement: 7 750 ₽ (п. 29 Предельного размера ФНП)
  • will: 3 900 ₽ (п. 21 Предельного размера ФНП)
