Notary fees in Moscow

The regional part is approved each year by the regional notarial chamber, within the limits the Federal Notarial Chamber calculates under the formula set by the Ministry of Justice.

Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

The chamber's wording

power of attorney: 2 300 руб. + 300 руб. за каждого доп. поверенного, но не более 2 900 руб.
power of attorney by substitution: передоверие:; - от физ.лиц 3 300 руб. - 4 200 руб.; - от юр. лиц - 4 200 руб. - 4 800 руб.; в зависимости от кол-ва поверенных в доверенности; дов-ть от юр.лиц:; 3 700 руб. + 300 руб. за каждого доп. поверенного, но не более 4 600 руб.
revocation of a power of attorney: 900 руб.
notarised copy: 140 руб. за каждую страницу
accuracy of a translation: 1 500 руб. за каждую страницу
translator's signature: 300 руб.
authenticity of a signature: 1 700 руб.
child travel consent: 1 900 руб. - 2 700 руб.; (в зависимости от кол-ва детей в одном документе)
spouse's consent: 2 300 руб. - 3 100 руб.; в зависимости от кол-ва объектов в документе
marriage contract: 15 000 руб. + 2 000 руб. за каждый доп. объект начиная со 2-го, но не более 19 000 руб.
maintenance agreement: 9 750 руб.
will: 3 900 руб.
