Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

  • power of attorney by substitution: 4800 (удостоверение доверенности в порядке передоверия и удостоверение доверенности от юридических лиц)
  • notarised copy: 190 за каждую страницу
  • accuracy of a translation: 1700 за документ
  • authenticity of a signature: 900-1400 в зависимости от сложности подготавливаемого документа
  • marriage contract: 14500-17000 в зависимости от количества объектов
  • real property transaction: 8000 руб. – если сделка не подлежит обязательному нотариальному удостоверению; 9500 руб. — если сделка подлежит обязательному нотариальному удостоверению; 9000 руб. – за удостоверение договора дарения недвижимого имущества для близких родственников (супруги, родители и дети, дедушки, бабушки и внуки, полнородные и неполнородные (имеющие общих отца или мать) братья и сестры — при подтверждении родственных отношений)
  • paper and electronic equivalence: 190 за каждую страницу изготовленного нотариусом документа на бумажном носителе
