Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

The chamber does not publish the details of its decision

This region's chamber publishes the tariff in force in the consolidated directory of the Federal Notarial Chamber, but the board's decision itself is not on its website, so we have neither the year it was approved nor the period it runs for. The amounts were checked against that directory on 22 September 2026.

power of attorney: 3 000; 1 200 на получение пенсии и социальных выплат (пособий)

maintenance agreement: 7 250 (если речь идет о содержании); 9 000 (если в зачет идет объект недвижимости)
real property transaction: 8 500 за удостоверение договора дарения в отношении супругов, детей, родителей; 9 000 – оставшиеся виды сделок
paper and electronic equivalence: 200 за каждую страницу изготовленного нотариусом документа на бумажном носителе
