Notary fees in the Republic of Tuva

The regional part is approved each year by the regional notarial chamber, within the limits the Federal Notarial Chamber calculates under the formula set by the Ministry of Justice.

Reliefs are not shown in the table: people with a group I or II disability pay half of the federal part under Article 333.38 of the Tax Code, and the regional part has its own list of reliefs set by an order of the Ministry of Justice. Ask the notary.

The chamber does not publish the details of its decision

This region's chamber publishes the tariff in force in the consolidated directory of the Federal Notarial Chamber, but the board's decision itself is not on its website, so we have neither the year it was approved nor the period it runs for. The amounts were checked against that directory on 22 September 2026.

The chamber's wording
  • power of attorney: 2000 – пенсия; 2300 - иное
  • notarised copy: 10 за каждую стр. учредительных документов организаций; 100 за каждую страницу иных документов
  • accuracy of a translation: 1500 за каждую страницу
  • marriage contract: 8000 - иное; 10000 - при возникновении, изменении или прекращении на основании брачного договора прав на недвижимое имущество или доли в Уставном капитале общества с ограниченной ответственностью (региональный тариф увеличивается на 2000 за каждый дополнительный объект начиная со 2-го. При этом общая сумма регионального тарифа не может превышать 15449,39)
  • paper and electronic equivalence: 50 – выписки из ЕГРН; 170 – иное; за каждую страницу изготовленного нотариусом документа на бумажном носителе
